Wireless scanning???
I had my four year old Canon multi-function printer plugged into my iMac, and was able to print from my Macbook via Bonjour.

Then I recently purchased a Time Capsule. I plugged the printer into it. No problems printing from either the desktop or laptop. Plus it freed up a badly needed USB port!

HOWEVER...

When a few days later I went to scan an item from the iMac (using Vuescan) the scanner was not recognized. Nothing I did would work until I pulled the printer cable from the TC and put it back on the iMac.

Just wondering if anybody has any trouble with wireless scanning. And faxing for that matter!

PS - I have been told that only newer (circa 2009) printers are now able to scan wirelessly. Anybody have any ideas or even (gasp!) knowledge???
